As a black man I feel uncomfortable in this food lion. Today the employee stood over my shoulder and watched me check out a bag of grapes. Doesn't help that every time me and my coworker walk into the place everyone stares at us as if they hadn't seen brown people before. STOP PROFILING!

It’s a nice store in a nice area but the discrimination is prominent. I visit this store often and noticed when me or any of my other friend of color use self checkout they are very attentive to the point where its extremely uncomfortable.

I compared the prices of everything to target and walmart and foodlions prices were almost double! Definitely not worth it if you don’t find a deal that day

Food Lion is clearly doing a lot to renovate its stores and bring them up to the standards of the competition this one is no exception obviously a newer facility but very well appointed with a very excellent choice of product. I realize that it's where they save money and the savings are passed on to me but I detest self-service checkout I would really like to have one lane open so that I can actually interact with a staff member instead of a computer screen. Other than that I have no complaints about the location all the place itself which was bright and clean

This food lion is close to our house and we shop it frequently however old expired food is not what should be on the shelves especially for children. We bought fruit snacks and they are expired so when my toddler went to eat it she handed me the pack back it did not taste right. I called the manager and told them and they just said they would let someone know. Nobody offered to exchange or make the situation right. Very disappointed by the customer service.

Had a prejudice encounter with the front end manager Karen she needs to be fired ASAP if your uncomfortable assisting African Americans you should find another field of work. I intend to pursue my complaint against her to corporate until she is let go
